1. About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and GeTalenTeam Marketplace Ltd ("GeTalenTeam", "we"). By creating an account, listing a service, posting a brief or making a payment you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use GeTalenTeam

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Our role

GeTalenTeam is a venue that connects clients with independent freelancers. We are not a party to the contract for services between a client and a freelancer, and we are not an employer, agency or staffing provider. We do provide payment protection, messaging, project tooling and dispute resolution as described in these terms.

4. Talent obligations

• Only list services you can personally deliver to the standard described.
• Keep pricing, delivery times and revision counts accurate.
• Only submit work you own or are licensed to supply.
• Do not solicit payment or communication outside the platform for platform-sourced work.

5. Client obligations

• Describe briefs, budgets and deadlines honestly.
• Supply the materials and access needed for the work to proceed.
• Review submitted work promptly and either approve it or request a revision within the review window.
• Do not use the platform to source unpaid "test" work.

6. Bookings and payments

When a client hires, the project value is captured up front and held by our payment provider. Funds are released to the freelancer on approval, or automatically when the review window expires without action. Our commission and client service fee are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

7. Moderation and content

Service listings and briefs may be reviewed before publication and may be edited, paused or removed if they breach these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, harassment, repeated disputes, circumvention of fees, or unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on full payment. Freelancers retain the right to display the work in a portfolio unless the client has agreed a confidentiality restriction.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GeTalenTeam's aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the commission we received on that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed opportunities.
