Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use local storage and similar technologies. Together they let us keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the platform is used.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Session and authentication tokens, security and fraud-prevention signals, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off because the platform cannot function without them.

Functional

Remembering your role, saved filters, recently viewed listings, theme preference and dismissed notices. Disabling these makes the product less convenient but still usable.

Analytics

Aggregated, privacy-respecting usage measurement — which pages get used, where flows break, and how quickly pages load. We use this to improve the product, not to profile you.

Marketing

Only set if you consent. Used to measure whether a campaign brought useful talent or clients to the platform.

3. Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential categories from the cookie banner and change your choice at any time in account settings. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies, though blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

4. Third parties

Our payment provider sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. Embedded content, where used, may set its own cookies subject to its provider's policy.
